A view about White Canes for the visually impaired
Mr Doan Duc Dan, a trainer at the Thai Binh Blind Association, provides an insight into the use of the white cane for people with visual impairment. He encourages his peers to stop being hesitant about using the cane. There’s nothing be be ashamed of, it brings independence.

Cow Bank Initiative’s Story
One day of late 2011, we came to Chau Thanh District for surveying the beneficiaries of Cow Bank Initiative Project. The project had been kicked start since June 2010, but the ADRA in Vietnam’s staffs still kept track of selected subjects, so to ensure the project targeting those most in need.
