Increasing survival rate for children through swimming technique training

There was a considerable record of people who face high vulnerability of getting drown in flood-prone regions in Vietnam. The majority figure fell mostly on group of children, due to the lack of self-rescue techniques and the sudden characteristic of the catastrophe.
