The differences in corporate culture between Vietnam – Japan – Korea

ADRA and CWDS organized a workshop to share the findings of the recent survey on The reality of perceived differences in corporate culture between Vietnam – Japan – Korea of Vietnamese workers & Expectations between employees and employers. This is part of the Harmonizing Society through Migrant Worker and Foreign Investor Cultural Education Project, funded by The Toyota Foundation. The purpose of the project is to raise awareness on corporate culture for migrant workers, business managers and business partners between Vietnam, Japan and Korea. The attendees are from the companies and agencies related to labour export, oversea study, Center of Overseas Labour – Colab and managers from Japan and Korea.
