The Cow Bank and Community Development (CBCD) project focuses on improving the livelihoods of impoverished communities in Tay Ninh through the improvement of livelihood security. Specifically, the project will increase incomes through a cow loan program and enhance the technical skills of the community in livestock husbandry. There is also a strong focus on community driven initiatives which will be piloted throughout the project, focusing on clean water access, environment, health, and rights protection.
