ADRA Vietnam ADRA in Vietnam is part of the ADRA International network of humanitarian and development non-governmental organizations (NGOs) operations in more than 120 countries worldwide. It seeks to build a future that is characterized by equity, opportunity, freedom of choice, responsible stewardship of resources, and individual and collective security. ADRA Vietnam also holds a Permit for Operations issued by the People’s Aid Coordinating Committee (PACCOM) and as of this annual report is licensed to operate in five provinces: Quang Ngai in the central coast region, Ha Tay in the Red River Delta, and Tuyen Quang, Ha Giang, and Cao Bang in the northern mountainous region. ADRA in Vietnam has experience with a range of international donors including AusAID, CIDA (Canada), DANIDA, and NewZAID. In addition ADRA in Vietnam has implemented programs funded by various private donors, special interest groups and ADRA network support offices.
